We have nothing against baby books, but we found that most parents want to keep special memories from every phase of their kid's childhood, not just the baby years.
How do I know it will last?
- The binding is smyth-sewn (strongest binding ever).
- The paper is thick #80 premium paper from a wind-powered mill in Canada.
- The cover is built from a cotton linen material that is built to withstand drops, spills, and decades of regular use.

This is our third Kept book and I love filling these out for my kids. I often neglect them for a long time and then fill out an entire year around their birthday. I love reflecting with the very open and thoughtful prompts.
This journal is amazing! I’ve tried to create a journal in the past with an online app but struggled to keep up with it because as my baby got older, I got busier and it became harder and harder to keep track and make time to write. Also, there would be a lot of things that I don’t remember and would leave blanks. Kept’s journal is a game changer! The prompts help you to focus on the main things and not have to worry about little, little details. And though it gives you prompts, it also allows you room to choose whichever memory you would like to jot down instead of having to stick with the usual milestones that you’d see in other journals. This is the first time I find myself being able to fill out the pages without having to leave blanks. And I live how it covers from birth to 18 years, making it a great gift for my daughter in the future. This will be my go-to gift for future mamas.
